Looks and Sounds like another Wonderful Gathering for Class of 70.
Really Fun to see Mr. QUACKENBUSH.
What a amazing Man.
He played football for Ballard, 1951 when they Won State Championship.
My Brother In Law Don Simpson was also on the team.
The day I was born The Team brought a Signed Football from the team to my Mother. As I was going to be the Star Quarterback of Class of 1970!
Well, long story short...I was a GIRL.
But, I didn\'t let that stop me. Mr.Quackenbush and I put together a Pep Assembly that Rocked The House! Girls vs Boys... It was a classic.
Lots of fun memories for sure:)

Once again I'll miss out on all the fun, but I hope you all have a great time. Many of you are so lucky to be able to get together periodically with friends dating back more than 50 years and maybe even more than 60 years in some cases. Please continue to keep the spirit of the Class of '70 alive.
Anyhow, life sure was less complex back in our high school years, but it is truly amazing for today's students.
...Bill

Hi everyone! Better late than never, right? I'm sorry we couldn't get to the reunion, but I heard there'll be a picnic next summer, so I hope to see you all then. Around the time Covid hit, Bob and I decided to sell our split-level home in north Edmonds and downsize. (We'd both retured from our regular jobs by then.) Selling was no problem but our quest for a rambler in a beautiful setting was something of a challenge. We found ours in Port Ludlow on the Olympic Peninsulal. We love it here because it's close to nature yet not far from where our daughter and grandson live in Shoreline and from where our son lives in Lynnwood. They'll all be with us on Thanksgiving. Best wishes, Melanie

I’ll be out of town during the time if the reunion. I was planning on attending until the last date change. Have many memories of my younger days, from grade school through High School. Funny how you remember things as you get older.
Living life after retiring from Boeing. Spent 38 years there as an Engineer in both Commercial and Military programs in Washington, California and Georgia.
Hope the reunion is a success, looking forward to pictures and stories from it.

Hello from Fairfield, Connecticut! I can't believe I've lived here for 30 years. My eldest and my third son both live nearby. My second son is in San Diego and my daughter in Colorado - nice places to visit : )
I was getting to Seattle frequently until my mom died gently in December of 2018 at 96 years old. I spent the four months she was on hospice with her so she was able to stay home, a blessing.
When my youngest graduated college I divorced my husband and moved to Chicago where I trained as a hospital and hospice chaplain. Loved Chicago, but family is all on the coasts. Now I'm retired except to play one catholic mass a weekend.
That frees me up to spend time with my first grandson, born on the 4th of July in San Diego and the second one, born July 29th right here in CT. Lucky me!
I'm sorry I can't get out to the reunion, but wish you all well and look forward to seeing pictures following the fun!
Best, Ruth Rolander
ps Ellen Herum hello!! Sorry I lost the reunion card from you, but appreciated your reaching out
